Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales. The Real Estate Sales Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, providing expert advice, and ensuring a smooth transaction process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Consultation: Meet with clients to discuss their property needs and preferences.
  • Property Listings: List and market properties for sale or rent, ensuring accurate and compelling descriptions and images.
  • Property Showings: Schedule and conduct property showings for potential buyers and renters.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, property values, and new listings in the area.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate offers, counteroffers, and contract terms to achieve the best possible outcome for clients.
  • Transaction Management: Assist clients through the entire transaction process, including preparing necessary documentation and coordinating with relevant parties (e.g., lenders, inspectors, attorneys).Qualifications:
    • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
